Agreement to Terms

Welcome to AANSAI Technologies. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and can form legally binding contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or systems
• Use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Collect or harvest any information from our services without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Services Description

AANSAI Technologies provides enterprise IT solutions, software development, AI solutions, and digital transformation services. Our services include but are not limited to:

1. Custom software development and application building
2. AI and machine learning solutions implementation
3. Cloud infrastructure setup and management
4. Digital transformation consulting and implementation
5. IT support and maintenance services
6. Data analytics and business intelligence solutions

The specific terms, deliverables, and pricing for each service engagement will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
• Payment schedules will be defined in individual service agreements
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other approved payment methods
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AANSAI Technologies or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Regarding work product and deliverables:

• Custom software developed for clients becomes client property upon full payment
• AANSAI retains rights to proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses
• Pre-existing intellectual property rights are not transferred

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes:

• Business strategies, plans, and financial information
• Technical specifications and source code
• Customer data and user information
• Any information marked as confidential

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any agreement for a period of 3 years.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AANSAI Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or data corruption
• Business interruption or downtime
• Any other intangible losses

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement under the following conditions:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach that remains uncured after 15 days notice
• Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or bankrupt

Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date, and we shall deliver all completed work product to you.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
